Who We Are

As an AI VENTURE STUDIO, we are on a mission to disrupt industries and change the world with deep-tech innovations. We are a highly experienced team of business professionals, AI researchers and scientific inventors who believe that the best opportunities arise when good intentions, insights and science are combined with entrepreneurial drive and expertise. Over the past 6 years, we have built new companies across a variety of industries such as Health-tech, Manufacturing, Construction, and Fintech. So far, we’ve launched 10 startups, most of which have secured follow-on funding — and some are generating revenue and starting their next phase journey. Now we’re scaling our Studio to build more.

Co-founding with us means access to and collaboration with a full team, and a broad network of corporate contacts, and potential customers, investors and partners to ensure the success of the business.

Now we’re seeking entrepreneurs who want to build alongside us in one of the many new ventures we are working on. This is not work for consultancy gigs but to truly co-found and lead ventures, gaining meaningful equity and co-foundership in the process.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and validate several ventures: Identify high-impact problems, run discovery sprints, help develop prototype and test MVPs—iterating fast from insight to market and back.
  • On a select venture help build Team and product market fit: Collaborate deeply with our AI and engineering teams to build core products, refine product-market fit, and develop go-to-market strategy. Simply become an essential co-founder to the venture.
  • Work with your product and market insight, and your energy to raise capital: Leverage your experience and our network to lead fundraising  – blending grant writing, angel and pre-seed investor networking, present the case in meetings and build investor relations.
  • Scale operations: Build and manage your venture’s team, including hiring co-founders and key early employees, supported by our shared services infrastructure.

This is your next entrepreneurial journey where you will invest your time and earn your significant ownership in the company and be expected to push boundaries, learn a lot of new stuff, contribute to driving innovation and to build value for customers, team and stakeholders. The long term vision for the company is always to become a significant global player in its field.

Who You Are

  • A driven entrepreneur or former founder/early exec with proven ability to start and scale businesses (even if they didn’t succeed). We value “scar tissue”
  • Skilled in business development, sales, and go-to-market execution—especially in one or more B2B, industrial, or deep-tech verticals.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in product development, collaborating across tech, design, AI, hardware and operations.
  • Strategic and networked—able to connect ventures to partners, customers, and investors effectively.
  • A person that thrives in high-velocity environments, pivoting with intelligence and resilience

  • Are ready to co-build a venture from zero, not just advise or consult.
  • Are based—or willing to be based—in Oslo and be available to commit full-time, or minimum 2-3 days per week initially (transitioning to full time later).
  • Can dig, discover and articulate a problem or domain you are obsessed with, ideally with a thesis or early validation.
