Intellectual Labs is more than a company; it’s a community of data scientists, engineers, innovators, and creators.

 

We are looking for Founders in Residence to lead new venture opportunities that have been selected into our portfolio of AI and science driven ventures.

 

As a Founder in Residence you will be employed on a 9-month contract and lead the build and launch of a new venture opportunity to demonstrate product-market-fit.

Throughout the 9-month build phase, you will receive funding and operational support from the Intellectual Labs Venture Studio and our network of experts. 

Upon having demonstrated initial product-market fit, there is a possibility to become the co-founder of a new venture; thus, strong commercial and communication abilities are critical for this role. 

 

Your Role

As part of your commitment to build the Venture, you will contribute to product development, spearhead commercial business, and participate in fundraising in close collaboration with Intellectual Labs. 

This is your next entrepreneurial journey where you will invest your time and earn your significant ownership in the company and be expected to push boundaries, contribute to driving innovation and to build value for customers, team and stakeholders. Our long term vision for the company is to become a significant global player in its field.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience from start-ups and co-building companies.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and high-stakes business environments
  • Strong network across diverse markets and experience orchestrating sales, customer engagements and business development.
  • Knowledge of company financing, venture capital, cost control and budgeting .
  • Management experience in the tech industry.
  • Ability to lead with vision and develop profitable market strategies.
  • Based in Oslo.
