Denis Kovalevich brings 25 years of expertise in serial technology entrepreneurship, venture studios, venture investments, and strategic management to our firm. As an advisor, Denis will leverage his extensive experience to guide our venture studio towards operational excellence and risk mitigation in company building. Previously, Denis co-founded TechnoSpark, a venture studio that achieved remarkable success over a decade, creating 120 new technology startups and attracting over $100 million in venture investments. Under his leadership, TechnoSpark became the largest startup studio and the most effective technology park in SIC, with innovative ventures spanning flexible electronics, IoT, solar roofs, and more.

Denis also pioneered an open manufacturing campus for startups and scaleups, fostering collaborations with top European innovation clusters and leading technology centers like IMEC, TNO, and EnergyVille. His deep knowledge in Venture-tech and DeepTech domains will be invaluable as he supports our founders and investors with strategic insights and proven methodologies from his pioneering venture studio experience.
